Our Subscriptions are for the year commencing 1st April and there is no entitlement to a refund of any portion of the membership subscription on leaving the Club for any reason during the membership year to 31st March. The option to pay the annual subscription by monthly direct debit does not absolve a member from paying the subscription for the whole year. If payment of the Membership Subscription by Direct Debit is cancelled at any time during the membership year, the balance of the original total invoice for the whole year will become immediately due.
"The Club shall not have any liability under or be deemed to be in breach of its Agreement with a Member nor shall the Club be liable to make any refund of fees to a Member if, due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Club, it is not possible to play golf on the golf course or the Club deems it necessary to temporarily close the golf course".
